Friends, the following vintage video takes us behind the scenes of «Nightmare on Elm Street 4: Dream Master». It takes us back to 1988 when United American Video Corp. released a VHS tape called The Making of a Nightmare. A documentary, which ran for almost an hour, shows a lot about the production of the fourth part of the well-known franchise around Freddy Krueger. Unfortunately, to date, this mini-documentary has never made it onto any of the DVD or Blu-ray versions of the film, but luckily the video has recently surfaced on YouTube. The footage provides unprecedented access to a wealth of information about the Elm Street sequel, showing how almost all of the major kill scenes were made. Perhaps the most interesting part of the documentary is the last ten minutes, which are pure gold for people with a passion for the handmade effects of yesteryear.
Loneliness is better than the company of bad people.

It should be clear that running dravenstales.ch takes a lot of time and costs. To cover costs and maybe a free drink or two, I could plaster the whole place with advertising. But I like my readers, which is why I want to offer them a (largely) ad-free reading experience. If you like what's going on and/or what's going on on this website, then it would be nice if you somehow shared the fun here would support, Thank you!
