After «The Walking Dead» has returned from the winter break with an action-packed episode in which several characters lost their lives, all fans of the series are wondering how it will be with episode 10 «Next World» of the sixth season next Monday , February 22, 2016.
Episode 9 "No Way Out" (In the trap) of season 6, tied seamlessly to the midseason finale and was hard to beat in terms of drama. But at the beginning of the midseason premiere, it's about a different fight than against zombies. Daryl, Sasha and Abraham face off against a gang of villain Negan and although Negan is only mentioned, the viewer has a hunch that he and his group are up to no good. They take away the guns from the trio and also want to take possession of the tanker truck, because everything now belongs to Negan. The leader of the group explains to Abraham and Sasha that they almost always kill one of their victims to prove how serious they mean business. Before he can shoot one, Daryl uses a bazooka to eliminate the group. Finally the good guys win, finally no one is captured, finally they escape a threat quickly. one would think so. But Negan's shadow is hanging over this quick victory and it's actually clear: This action will have serious consequences for Daryl, Sasha and Abraham, probably even for the rest of Alexandria, because the action did not go unnoticed.
After Sam and Jessie were attacked by zombies and Carl lost his right eye to a shot by Ron, Rick, devastated by the loss of his new love, had to bring his badly injured son to Denise's office. Right after that, Rick ran back outside to (finally) kill the zombies right in front of the house. Michonne rushes to him, Heath and Aaron also help. Father Gabriel gives a motivational speech in the church: "God heard our prayers, he gave us the courage to save Alexandria, to save ourselves." Everywhere the remaining residents of Alexandria are attacking the zombies and supporting Rick and so it's finally done: They are a community that stands up for each other! So at the end of Episode 9, the streets of Alexandria are soaked in blood and guts, but this time mostly from the zombies and not from the residents.

In the promo and sneak peak videos for The Walking Dead Episode 10, we see Daryl and Rick venturing out of Alexandria, accompanied by good advice from Eugene. The two seem to meet other people and like the «Spoiling Dead fans» oracles, they actually come across Jesus. He is captured by the two and taken to Alexandria because he is suspected of being unfriendly, but at the end of the episode he wants to talk to Rick. Meanwhile, Michonne follows Deanna's son Spencer to the forests around Alexandria and offers to help him. What is he up to? During their foray they find his mother Deanna, who is now a zombie. Can he kill her? And does Carl manage to survive his serious gunshot wound? Probably yes. Episode 10 may continue after a time jump. What is striking in the video is that the streets of Alexandria are tidied up, Rick looks fresher and healthier again and the city seems to have been provided with new traps for the zombies.

As Andrew Lincoln already indicated in an interview with the US magazine Entertainment Weekly, there should be a time jump in the second half of the sixth season of "The Walking Dead". It is therefore conceivable that episode 10 "The Next World" does not tie directly to episode 9. By the end of the episode, not only should Daryl fans be happy about a full episode with him, but Rick fans should be too. As the official synopsis for Episode 10 states: "A simple scavenging run turns out to be quite tricky as the survivors aren't the only ones chasing a goldmine of supplies..." proves to be more tricky, when the survivors are not the only ones after a goldmine of supplies.») So the bromance is back and rumor has it Michonne and Rick are supposed to be having sex at the end of episode 10 «The Next World», huh the "Spoiling Dead fans" suspect. It could well be, since Michonne knows what it's like to lose a child. It's been clear for a long time that she's into Rick in some way, but I doubt whether Rick's grief will bring them together - and yet it will probably happen that way. What do you all mean?
