"The Barn" by Justin M. Seaman appeals to our sense of nostalgia and sees itself as a declaration of love to the famous genre representatives of the 80s and 70s. The film wants to score with lots of retro charm, music and handmade, gory effects and has already won numerous awards at relevant festivals. Seaman's retro slasher takes us back to 1989: Sam and Josh want to party hard and plan to go to a rock concert with their friends this Halloween. On the way, they make a stop at an old barn that is the subject of spooky legends. Not believing the stories, of course, Sam and his friends unleash three cruel demons in their youthful recklessness, causing a bloodbath. «The Barn» will be available on DVD and Blu-ray Disc from July 27th…

It should be clear that running dravenstales.ch takes a lot of time and costs. To cover costs and maybe a free drink or two, I could plaster the whole place with advertising. But I like my readers, which is why I want to offer them a (largely) ad-free reading experience. If you like what's going on and/or what's going on on this website, then it would be nice if you somehow shared the fun here would support, Thank you!
