The women's rights movement is finally making its way into horror anthologies too, and in 2017 it brought us the shocker "XX" with a female cast. Four disturbing stories await the strong-nerved viewer when the title celebrates its premiere on February 17th in cinemas, via On Demand as well as Amazon Video and iTunes, albeit only in the US&A for the time being. With the following trailer, German-speaking viewers can now get an idea of what relevant genre filmmakers such as Roxanne Benjamin (Southbound), Karyn Kusama (Jennifer's Body), Annie Clark (St. Vincent) and Jovanka Vuckovic (Captured Bird) are doing here asked to shock us. Sofia Carrillo (La Casa Triste) provides the appropriate framework for her contributions, while Natalie Brown, Mike Doyle, Christina Kirk, Kyle Allen, Peyton Kennedy, Peter DaCunha, Ron Lea, Jonathan Watton, Lisa Renee Pitts and Morgan Peter Brown portray the characters in the clothe episodic film. I'm really excited after the trailer and even if it looks a bit trashy, but it has to be at this point, I expect really broken stuff here...

It should be clear that running dravenstales.ch takes a lot of time and costs. To cover costs and maybe a free drink or two, I could plaster the whole place with advertising. But I like my readers, which is why I want to offer them a (largely) ad-free reading experience. If you like what's going on and/or what's going on on this website, then it would be nice if you somehow shared the fun here would support, Thank you!
