Wigald Boning is obviously a superstar in Thailand. His program "clever" is dubbed there and people see him there as the person who brings them knowledge. It goes without saying that Mr. Boning has to go there and take part in a few shows. It's also clear that he has to take his friends and colleagues Tommy Krappweis (known from "RTL Saturday Night") and Erik Haffner (director of "Ladykracher") with him to document all of this. It is even clearer, however, that Thailand has one or two culture shocks in store for the down-to-earth Central European, especially since Wigald Boning is often just pushed from one corner to the other like a puppet and doesn't really understand exactly what is happening to him there. Below are the 7 parts of the little documentary that are really hilarious. The story with the child at the beginning is already super absurd, later his role as a Chinese soldier who can only say "Yes" adds one more thing to it and in general his trip probably had a very big WTF factor, which was also the case with of the Thai boxing event, carried out by minors, will certainly not end.
Doubt is the antechamber of knowledge.

It should be clear that running dravenstales.ch takes a lot of time and costs. To cover costs and maybe a free drink or two, I could plaster the whole place with advertising. But I like my readers, which is why I want to offer them a (largely) ad-free reading experience. If you like what's going on and/or what's going on on this website, then it would be nice if you somehow shared the fun here would support, Thank you!
