Youtube user CRBpaperplanes presents probably the best paper airplane in the world, at least agree the proportions and flight demonstration also knows to convince:

This plane is developed 100% by me. About ten years ago, we had a competition with my brother, who can design better paper plane. We had very simple rules. We could use one sheet of A4 copy paper, and scissors. We lived in a very windy place, on the 6th floor, so the planes had to be able to fly under any circumstances. This was my best plane.

In this Video I’m trying to show that it flies well, independent from the weather conditions, and the way of throwing, and I also show, how to make it.

…AND YES, I PICKED UP ALL THE PLANES THAT I USED IN THE VIDEO! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! :)
