Today there is once again a horror comedy from the 80s and is a solid zombie fun for in between. Nothing earth-shattering but also no total failure. The story is as follows:
An older writer, who seems to have passed his prime, one day receives an unknown package that was erroneously addressed to him. In the package there is a television that probably only shows one thing: zombie films whose zombies climb out of the television at some point. The next day the writer is found dead in the apartment. 3 months later a new family moves in. A boy smoking weed and whose sister wants to study aerobics. Ah yes. Shortly afterwards you find the ghostly television set, which still only shows one thing. Zombie films. At some point, Zoe and Jeff, the siblings who live in the house, are haunted by a Texan who warns them about the television. Of course, nobody believes him before the neighboring poodle is torn apart by a zombie. From there, the Texan and Jeff go on a zombie hunt armed with a bow and arrow and a chainsaw.
