After “Orphan – The Orphan” or “House of Wax”, Jaume Collet-Serra once again ventures into eerie horror realms with his directorial work “The Shallows”. Much to the chagrin of Blake Lively, because in the film she has to face ravenous sea creatures completely alone and try to reach the safe shore in one piece. In the film she takes on the role of a surfer who is unexpectedly attacked by a shark and saves herself on the only rock in sight. But even though it is only a few hundred meters from the safe coast, the journey there becomes the ultimate test of will. Despite serious injuries that leave increasingly bloody traces in the water, will she make it to the safe shore or has her last hour come? A battle for life and death begins as the waves get higher and there are no people in sight. The cinema release in our latitudes is on August 28th, 2016...

It should be clear that running dravenstales.ch takes a lot of time and costs. To cover costs and maybe a free drink or two, I could plaster the whole place with advertising. But I like my readers, which is why I want to offer them a (largely) ad-free reading experience. If you like what's going on and/or what's going on on this website, then it would be nice if you somehow shared the fun here would support, Thank you!
