Iron Maiden have all three parts of «The History Of Iron Maiden» documentary on their YouTube Channel published. The film contains a total of more than three hours of material and can be seen in three parts: "Part I: The Early Days" was originally released in 2004 and shows the beginnings of the band in 1975 in London's East End up to the "Piece Of Mind" album and the associated tour in 1983. It includes many rare videos and concert recordings as well as interviews with Paul Di'Anno and Clive Burr, among others. Part II: Live After Death originally appeared on the 2008 DVD release of Live After Death. Band members, crew and friends report on the songwriting, recording and release of «Powerslave» (1985), the following «World Slavery»» tour and the making of «Live After Death». Part III first saw the light of day in 2013 on the Maiden England '88 DVD release. Here the backstories of the albums "Somewhere In Time" (1986) and "Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son" (1988) are told, as well as stories about the associated tours, as well as a making of of the "Maiden England" live video disclosed.
