Las Vegas: It cannot be dismissed out of hand that Vincent Downs (Jamie Foxx) is a corrupt cop. In Sleepless he goes undercover to a nightclub. Unfortunately, things go wrong during his mission: It is revealed that he is a cop, he is stabbed and, to make matters worse, he also loses a bag full of cocaine. A couple of gangsters (Dermot Mulroney and Scoot McNairy) kidnap his son in order to use this leverage to get the drug back. Vincent now has to regain the lost cocaine in order to save his kidnapped son from the various criminals who are after him.
