If you take a look at the trailer for «Scorn», you can certainly draw parallels to the work of the late artist HR Giger. His concepts for Ridley Scott's Alien or its sequels are world famous and have taken the sci-fi genre to a new level visually. The resemblance between HR Giger's creations and what can be glimpsed in the trailer is therefore not accidental. In fact, the makers were inspired by the Swiss. «Scorn» is supposed to be an atmospheric horror adventure that takes the player into a nightmarish scenario. Completely isolated, one will be able to explore interconnected regions in a visually undefinable universe. Each location tells its own story and provides different pieces of the puzzle. Each level is structured like a maze, allowing the player to enter all rooms and search them thoroughly. The story is told during gameplay. There will be no scenes that distract from the gameplay or the cruel and vibrant world one finds oneself in. Brains and patience are required. The game doesn't take notice if something important is simply skipped during the journey. Everything you can reach and collect in «Scorn» has a purpose. You just have to find out which one that could be. However, you can only ponder from 2017, because the game still has to be completed this year...
