From September 2010 there will be a new controller for the Playstation 3: called MOVE. This recognizes all movements of the player thanks to the built-in 3-axis gyroscope and is extremely accurate thanks to this technology. Thanks to the two controllers with state-of-the-art motion sensors including a three-axis gyro, three-axis acceleration sensor, terrestrial magnetic sensor and a color-changing ball that is captured by the PlayStation Eye camera, Playstation MOVE detects movements in 3D with unparalleled accuracy and thus promises very precise playability.

MOVE is supposed to be even better than Wii. Now Sony's Playstation also has a motion controller, imaginatively called «Move». The similarity to the control unit for Nintendo's Wii cannot be denied. What seems special about MOVE, however, is that it also includes the integration of the eye camera in addition to position sensors and a force feedback system. PlayStation MOVE is one of the winners at Gamescom 2010. The new Playstation motion controller was chosen by the jury, which consisted of well-known experts from the publishing and media sector, as the winner in the category "Best Hardware Accessories".

From this, five gladiators will be selected who can test the MOVE and will be invited to the film studio in Zurich for a test at the beginning of September and captured on video. Around mid-September, the films of the five gladiators here in the crypt will be posted on the internet and whoever gets the coolest moves and the most likes has won the main prize, a brand new PlayStation 3.

So friends, move what the stuff holds, grab the camera and record it for posterity.
