Marijuana use is no longer a taboo. Especially in the states there are more and more stoners who stand by their passion and do not want to do without it in their partnership. High There! takes the idea behind the dating app «Tinder» and combines passion and relationship. Similar to the original dome, you can use this app to look at photos of potential dates and decide with swipe gestures whether you like the photo of a person or not. The crucial difference with High There! is, the app is only for stoners!
Todd Mitchem, the CEO of High There !, had some disappointing dates with women who didn't share his passion. So he came up with the idea of an app just for stoners:
I hated dating on other sites and apps because as soon as the idea of my cannabis consumption came up — date over. I actually walked out of a date (after paying of course) and said to myself, that's it. Weeding out the Ms. Wrong from Ms. Right was complex. Selfishly I hope this helps others like me.
So that the disappointment does not spread again if the person you are dated becomes a couch potato after smoking weed, or is too active afterwards, you can also store your normal “energy level” in the app after smoking. Low, Medium & High are available. Likewise the preferred smoke spots outside and inside.
In our part of the world, stoners do not (yet) enjoy this app. High There! is only available in states where cannabis use is legal.
