Russian politician Dmitry Olegovich Rogozin has released a video showing a humanoid robot training at a shooting range. The FEDOR, which stands for Final Experimental Demonstration Object Research, is not intended to go to war, but to fly into space. The unusual training is only intended to improve the robot's fine motor skills and algorithms. If the developers have their way, he will travel (unarmed) to the ISS space station as early as 2021 and then help the astronauts with their work there. So we don't have to worry, it's much more about the robot learning to recognize targets and making decisions accordingly. The ability to shoot is just "a by-product" - after all, you don't intend to build a terminator. But artificial intelligence is very useful after all. It makes sense that you start using firearms there...

It should be clear that running dravenstales.ch takes a lot of time and costs. To cover costs and maybe a free drink or two, I could plaster the whole place with advertising. But I like my readers, which is why I want to offer them a (largely) ad-free reading experience. If you like what's going on and/or what's going on on this website, then it would be nice if you somehow shared the fun here would support, Thank you!
