After jumping around with House of Pain, Everlast achieved worldwide recognition with Whitey Ford's Blues. Now he's returned to his hip-hop roots with the founding of Warporn Industries, which he describes as an art project. The Warporn mixtape features guest appearances from scene greats like Big Daddy Kane, Vinnie Paz of Jedi Mind Tricks, Rakaa Iriscience of Dilated Peoples, Termanology and B-Real. "The only way to do pure hip-hop is to sit in the room with the right creative powers and just let things flow," Divine Styler says of the project. B-Real describes the project as "one of the best hip-hop albums I've heard in a long time: Sick beats and bars with substance from Sick Jacken, Divine Styler and Everlast." I've tried enough to provide people with information over the last 2 years, but quickly noticed that it never matters how it's "packaged", but what the other person's attitude towards it is. I don't want to put honey on anyone's mouth to meet expectations in any way, so I'll keep this design because hopefully at some point I'll be able to stop making these political statements, because it's not my goal to go on like this forever
