Wie die NZZ knows what to report, the National Council today approved the patronizing of tobacco consumers at the national level. This federal law contains a general ban on smoking in public spaces (i.e. public administration buildings as well as hospitals, schools, museums, theaters and cinemas), at workplaces and in restaurants and thus aims to contribute to public health.
Violations of the new "Anti-Passive Smoking Act" should in future be punishable with fines of up to 1000 francs. Up in smoke, that's all you can say.
The parliamentary initiative of Felix Gutzwiller, who counts himself among the FDP, seems to go hand in hand with the age-old slogan of the FDP "More freedom - less state". Anyone who is open to non-state-compliant information sees the content and not the packaging. I've tried enough to provide people with information over the last 2 years, but quickly noticed that it never matters how it's "packaged", but what the other person's attitude towards it is. I don't want to put honey on anyone's mouth to meet expectations in any way, so I'll keep this design because hopefully at some point I'll be able to stop making these political statements, because it's not my goal to go on like this forever
