Here's the trailer for Batman: The Caped Crusader, the film that brings Adam West, Burt Ward and Julie Newmar back into the Bat family. The trailer shows us the expected style of the film, Robin brings his Holy XY lines again and Batman teaches us with words of wisdom. Visually, however, the film is more based on the more recent animated films from DC. Too bad that would have been the opportunity to revive the style of the old superhero cartoons. Unfortunately everything looks very modern and let's hope that it can transport all the charm of the old series. From October 11th you can stream the film from anywhere, on DVD and Blu-Ray the film will be released in the US&A on November 1st...
It's back to the 1960s as Batman and Robin spring into action when Gotham City is threatened by a quartet of Batman's most fiendish foes - Penguin, The Joker, Riddler and Catwoman. This time, the four Super-Villains have combined their wicked talents to hatch a plot so nefarious that the Dynamic Duo will need to go to outer space (and back) to foil their arch enemies and restore order in Gotham City. It's a truly fantastic adventure that will pit good against evil, good against good, evil against evil ... and feature two words that exponentially raise the stakes for both sides: Replicator Ray. Holy Multiplication Tables!
